The HOST is responsible for and agrees to the following terms:

All terms and agreements will be based on the following timetable:

1. MARKETING to ensure a minimum total of thirty (30) registrants and a maximum total of forty (40) registrants must be done at least sixty (60) days prior to the conversation date. This includes the responsibility of posting all details on your organization's website, and at least sixty (60) days prior to the conversation date so that Velocity Culture may accurately direct individuals to information about your organization as well as information about the conversation date.
2.. LOCATION to accommodate thirty (30) to forty (40) people. Confirmation of this location must be sixty (60) days prior to the conversation date.
3. PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE must two (2) weeks prior to the conversation date.
4. REFRESHMENTS to serve thirty (30) to forty (40) people.
5. CANCELLATION of conversation must be made, at the minimum, thirty (30) days prior to the dates listed.

VELOCITY CULTURE is responsible for and agrees to the following terms:

1. BOOKING the following travel arrangements for Dr. Martoia.
     a. Airfare and Rental Car
     b. Hotel
2. MARKETING materials are made available online at velocityculture.com.
3. REGISTRATION MATERIALS will be received and processed by VelocityCulture via velocityculture.com.
4. CONVERSATION for one (1), seven (7) hour day.
5. Two (2) COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS above the thirty (30) registrant minimum.
7. FAILURE TO PERFORM any term or condition of this agreement as a result of conditions beyond control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement.
